Home/away kit for Kisd, the students football team from the Köln International School of Design (KISD). The university is represented by a crest with eleven crowns and its corporate logo is replaced by reversed and outline Trickster (Jean-Baptiste Morizot, Velvetyne Type Foundry). On the back, the players’ names are set in all caps Sporting Grotesque – another design from France (by Lucas Le Bihan), and available from Velvetyne and Bretagne. A third and as yet unidentified typeface is used for the numerals. For a moment I thought it was ZIgZag (another French design from Benoît Bodhuin) but it’s not. [edit: It appears to be Laurie Szujewska’s Giddyup, see comments.]

Pretty sure the unidentified typeface is Giddyup Std

  2. Good call, John! I don’t think I’ve ever looked at Giddyup’s numerals before. Added.
