The Atelier für Architektologie is a young architectural office. Their services range from creating a building to writing texts to developing spatial concepts and exploring historic urban conditions. Thus, they operate in an exciting field between applied architecture and research. This flexibility is also reflected in their corporate design by means of a typographic system.
Basel studio Haus Kato used a bold weight of Dr as the main typeface of their system and paired it with Neue Helvetica for running text and core content. The balance between these two sans serif typefaces rely mostly on their weight contrast and a strong grid-based layout.
